Project Pike

MIINC Mechanical is currently engaged in Project Pike, an ongoing $18 million beverage production facility undertaking. Its responsibility is to deliver all plumbing and HVAC systems for the 1.2 million square foot site. The work includes installing process waste piping and stainless steel drains.
Throughout the project, MIINC has overcome numerous challenges. One of the most significant obstacles involved managing 11 inches of rain in a single day, necessitating floating pipes and extensive de-watering methods. Despite these conditions, the team installed three miles of piping, including pre-fabricated sections for process waste systems. In addition, technicians have installed plumbing, HVAC, and specialty exhaust systems for the office areas.
Project Pike is a testament to MIINC Mechanical’s ability to handle complex projects under challenging circumstances. The company’s ongoing work, including the upcoming turnover of the warehouse portion, demonstrates its expertise and commitment to delivering for clients.
