  • 1998 – Acquired by a national conglomerate listed on the NYSE
  • 2004 – Conglomerate liquidated & MIINC LP re-formed; Bill O’Dwyer – President, Randy Bradshaw – SVP, and Dennis Cowen – SVP
  • 2009 – MIINC opens Industrial division
  • 2019 – MIINC expands into Louisiana
