Emerson Regulator

MIINC Mechanical was involved in upgrading an existing R&D installation for Emerson Regulator. Its job was to implement high-pressure testing capabilities up to 6,000 PSI.
MIINC Mechanical overcame challenges in the Emerson project by pre-fabricating components in-house. It used Schedule 160 steel pipe, known for its thickness, anti-corrosion properties, and ability to handle high pressures. MIINC technicians also upgraded welding machines and employed skilled rigging techniques to place vessels within the company’s pre-existing building. The outcome met all Emerson’s prerequisites for testing components under high pressure.
The successful project completion by MIINC Mechanical has earned them favorable recognition from the Emerson group.
