MIINC Mechanical was tasked with a $9 million Charlton Methodist project. It involved a six-story tower demolition and central boiler expansion through a partnership with Austin Commercial.

MIINC overcame several obstacles during this project, including routing storm drains through the tower’s cross at the top of the building. Technicians also had to find routes for medical gas lines and execute precise big pipe routing through corridors. Moreover, all work had to be conducted within timed shutdowns of active hospital/medical sections.
