Audubon Aluminum Recycling Plant

MIINC Mechanical played a crucial role in the Audubon Aluminum Recycling Plant project. It provided plumbing, mechanical design, and process piping. This unique facility utilizes a form of aluminum extrusion and recycling through the chemical separation of metals.
During the project, MIINC encountered distinct challenges. Technicians had to create a piping system to reduce bending and prevent clogs or damage from metal in transit. They also developed outflows to drain the separated metals. MIINC’s team collaborated with Audubon Aluminum in much of the design process to creatively tackle hanger setups and pipe replacements while ensuring minimal downtime.
The successful completion of the Audubon Aluminum Recycling Plant project demonstrated MIINC Mechanical’s expertise. It showed its competence in designing and implementing complex systems and delivering high-quality results within strict time constraints.
